RETURN POLICY

Return Options:
- Option 1: Receive a refund to your original payment method for your order, minus the original shipping cost.
- Option 2: Receive store credit for the full price of the item, minus the original shipping cost. Store credit will be issued to your Ada Faye account and will be available immediately after we process your return.
- Option 3: For an exchange, we will process a store credit (in gift card form) to use for your exchange. Once the credit is added to your account, you may reorder the correct size/item needed.
Important Return Information:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We do not provide return labels.
- The return process may take up to 12 business days once received at our location.
- We cannot guarantee stock for exchanged or returned items.
- We do not accept any altered goods.
All returns must be in new condition with tags still attached:
- No deodorant stains or marks of any kind
- Unwashed and unworn
- No smells (smoke, perfume, etc.)
- No animal hair
Items must meet these requirements to receive a refund or store credit equal to the amount of the returned item(s) (shipping not included).
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Please carefully inspect your order upon arrival. If you received a defective, incorrect, or missing item, contact our customer service team within 7 business days of delivery.
- Regular-priced items purchased during a promotional sale may be returned and will be refunded/credited for the price paid only. Discounts and coupon codes are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for re-shipping costs on exchanges.
