Domestic Shipping

  • All orders $75 and over ship FREE. That is amazing right?! For orders under $75, we charge by weight on all Standard shipping via USPS. 
  • Standard shipping for most orders takes 3-7 business days. Need it faster? We've got you. You can always choose our expedited shipping option or email us to be sure if arrives on time.
  • Most orders are shipped 2 to 3 business day after payment has been confirmed.
  • Any items that are refused at time of delivery forfeit their shipping charges and will only be refunded the price of items refused.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for processing time.

 

    International Shipping

    • All international orders are welcome. Ada Faye works hard to ensure purchases arrive in a timely & cost-effective manner. International shipping charges are based on the product weights and shipping locations, and will ship with a tracking number via USPS.
    • Some countries/governments may require additional import documentation. This is the responsibility of each individual international customer.
    • Standard shipping for most international orders takes 2-21 days depending on service level and destination country.
    • Most orders are shipped the next business day after payment has been confirmed.
    • Any items that are refused at time of delivery forfeit their shipping charges and will only be refunded the price of items refused.

      Local Pick Up | Nashville, GA

      • When you order online, you always have the option to select local pick up!   Order pickup is available Monday-Friday 10am-6pm & Saturday 10am-4pm.
      • After payment is processed, please allow up 1 business day for your order to be ready. Need it right away? Call (229) 686-4521 and we’ll try to get your order ready right away.

      Missing Packages

      Ada Faye hopes your package never goes missing, but if this does occur during transit, we recommend you to reach out to your local USPS post office to resolve the issue.

      Ada Faye is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your local post office is unable to fix the issue, We recommend contacting your local law enforcement to report the package stolen.
