We always hope that you are satisfied with your Ada Faye items, but if for some reason you aren’t, you can always return regular priced items for a refund minus shipping to your original method of payment or store credit that never expires. Anything purchased on our Clearance pages are final sale - no exceptions.
HERE ARE THE OPTIONS ON RETURNING YOUR ITEM:
To start your return, please click here to submit a return request through your the order section of your account.
-Option 2: Receive a store credit for the full price of the item minus shipping of your return. Store credit will be issued to your Ada Faye account and will be available immediately after we process your return.
-Option 3: For an exchange, we will give you a store to use for the exchange. Once the store credit is added to your account you may reorder the correct size/item needed.
- We cannot guarantee stock for a returned item.
- We do not accept any altered goods.
- All returns must be in new condition with tags still attached and no stains of deodorant or of any kind, no smells of smoke/perfume or of any kind, and no animal hair in order to receive refund or store credit equal to the amount of the returned item(s) (Shipping not included).
- You may initiate a return within 30 days of purchase date.
- PLEASE carefully inspect a product upon arrival to assure that it's what you ordered and has no defects. If you think that you've received a defective item, incorrect items or if you are missing items, please contact our customer service team within 7 business days of day of arrival.
- Regular priced items purchased during a promotional sale can be returned and will be credited/refunded for price paid only. Discounts and promotional coupon codes cannot be refunded.
- The customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee, if you are doing an exchange.
- The return process may take up to 12 business days once received at our location.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If you would like us to ship outsize of the USA, Please send us an email and we will work with you!
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
