All orders $100 and over ship FREE. That is amazing right?! For orders under $100, we charge by weight on all Standard shipping via USPS.

Most orders are shipped 2 to 3 business day after payment has been confirmed.

International Shipping

All international orders are welcome. Ada Faye works hard to ensure purchases arrive in a timely & cost-effective manner. International shipping charges are based on the product weights and shipping locations, and will ship with a tracking number via USPS.
Some countries/governments may require additional import documentation. This is the responsibility of each individual international customer.
Standard shipping for most international orders takes 2-21 days depending on service level and destination country.
Most orders are shipped the next business day after payment has been confirmed.

When you order online, you always have the option to select local pick up! Order pickup is available Monday-Friday 10am-6pm & Saturday 10am-4pm.

Missing Packages

Ada Faye hopes your package never goes missing, but if this does occur during transit, we recommend you to reach out to your local USPS post office to resolve the issue.

Ada Faye is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your local post office is unable to fix the issue, We recommend contacting your local law enforcement to report the package stolen.

RETURN POLICY

HERE ARE THE OPTIONS ON RETURNING YOUR ITEM(S):

-Option 1: Receive a refund to your original payment method for your order, minus the shipping cost.

-Option 2: Receive a store credit for the full price of the item minus shipping of your return. Store credit will be issued to your Ada Faye account and will be available immediately after we process your return.

-Option 3: For an exchange, we will process a store credit (in giftcard form) to use for the exchange. Once the store credit is added to your account you may reorder the correct size/item needed.

The return process may take up to 12 business days once received at our location.
We cannot guarantee stock for a returned item.
We do not accept any altered goods.
All returns must be in new condition with tags still attached and no stains of deodorant or of any kind, items must be unwashed and unworn, no smells of smoke/perfume or of any kind, and no animal hair in order to receive refund or store credit equal to the amount of the returned item(s) (Shipping not included).
You may initiate a return within 30 days of purchase date.
PLEASE carefully inspect a product upon arrival to assure that it's what you ordered and has no defects. If you think that you've received a defective item, incorrect items or if you are missing items, please contact our customer service team within 7 business days of day of arrival.
Regular priced items purchased during a promotional sale can be returned and will be credited/refunded for price paid only. Discounts and promotional coupon codes cannot be refunded.
The customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee, if you are doing an exchange.
